Product returns

Do not like what you bought? Not what you expected? You were wrong? Do not worry, you can change it!

Busquets Shop wishes to guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers. Thus, you have 14 days (from the delivery of the order) to return or change your purchase. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in their original condition and packaging without having removed the labels. The returned item must be in perfect condition for sale, and must not show signs of use or damage. It will not be accepted as a return or change any article that has been modified regardless of the place it has been done.

Busquets.com let`s you choose among issuing a credit or refunding you the original amount of the items you are returning. The refund will be done the way the payment was done, except for “reimbursement” that will be refunded with a bank transfer. Changes do not have management costs and are subject to availability.

In case of breakdown of the item (excluding gift box), Busquets.com will replace it for an identical one (subject to availability) or will issue a credit for the amount of the broken item that could be spent at Busquets.com. Replacement or breakage issue is subject to the 2 year product warranty, as this has not been damaged due to misuse or modification by the customer.
