The most awaited moment of the afternoon for children is undoubtedly the time to open the backpack and finally get the snack, although sometimes it can become something boring.


For lack of time or ideas we ended up making the typical sandwich with sausage, cheese or chocolate. Worse still, sometimes we fall into the easiest but less healthy option: industrial bakery.


Feeding these kinds of snacks to our children every day is not a good idea, since industrial buns and muffins have many sugars and fats that can be negative in the diet of the little ones.

This recipe is perfect for children to eat healthy but fun. Beyond the boring sandwich, this melted cheese sandwich will delight the kids.


This hot sandwich is great for winter afternoons and you enjoy better finishing done. To keep the snack warm, you can store it in a carrier with isothermal interior.

Let's get down to business with the Sandwich Pizza

Ingredients:

    Bread slices

    Sliced ​​cheese

    Tomato

    Oregano

preparation:

This recipe does not have much secrecy. Put the cheese and some tomato slices with oregano between two slices of bread and put it in the sandwich maker. The cheese will melt and give a very creamy texture to the sandwich. You can add ham, mushrooms, tuna or any ingredient that kids like in pizza. An easy and very nutritious snack.

Preparation

    Cut the seasonal fruits into squares the size of a bite. The grapes, the fruits of the forest and some strawberries can put whole.

    Insert the cut fruit into the skewer making eye-catching combinations of colors.

    Remember to cut the tip of the skewer so children do not pinch or pinch it.

These fruit muffins are healthy, very fun to prepare and in addition, they can be made in advance so that during the week you only have to remember to keep the snack in the backpack. Ingredients

    200 gr of flour
    150 gr brown sugar
    1 sachet of small yeast
    1 egg
    80 m vegetable oil
    100 ml milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    a pinch of salt
    200 g of forest fruits (can be frozen)

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

    Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

    In another bowl mix the oil with milk, egg and vanilla extract and mix well with a whisk.

    Mix the dry ingredients and liquids carefully until a dough is consistent.

    Add the forest fruits to the dough and mix carefully.

    Divide the dough into the muffin molds leaving space above.

    Bake the casseroles about 15 minutes or until the dough is well done. You can punch them with a sharp object to check if they are liquid inside.

    Remove the loaves from the oven and let them rest so that the dough sits well.
